How It Works
Once you've booked your ticket, you're all set for a relaxed Sunday afternoon of meeting new people!
Arrive at Papà Bagel from 4:30pm, where your friendly True Dating host will welcome you, check you in and explain how the afternoon will work. Grab yourself a coffee, a drink or something to eat, get comfortable and get ready to meet other singles in a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere.
This isn't traditional speed dating! Instead, you'll enjoy a relaxed singles social with a mix of informal mingling and lightly structured introductions to help everyone get chatting. Your host will help you meet different people throughout the afternoon, so you won't need to worry about approaching strangers or being left out of the conversation. There'll be plenty of time to chat naturally, get to know people and see if there's a connection — all without the pressure of timed mini-dates.
The connections don't have to end when the afternoon does! The following day, simply log in to your True Dating account and privately select the people you'd like to see again. If you've both selected each other, it's a match! You'll then be able to continue the conversation through our secure messaging service and hopefully arrange that all-important first date.
